About JTC + Co.
JTC + Co. is a project-driven theatre company led by Artistic Director Justin Teddy Cliffe and Creative Collaborator Charlotte Lewis.
Primarily, we make theatre and live performances, focusing on the craft of creating temporary shared experiences that are interdisciplinary and sometimes participatory; shaped by connection and mutual ambition.
We collaborate with artists, communities, schools and the mental health sector to explore urgent + meaningful ideas that we hope deepen our connections, encouraging reflection + help people feel more at home in the world.
Driven by a vision of a Wales in which culture belongs to everyone; we see a country in which stages and cultural spaces aren’t private, but are places for our collective imaginations.
Through bold and experimental methods, we're here to make revelatory, fearless, and participatory work that is entirely of its moment.
Who We Are
JTC + Co. represents the collaborative work of Justin Teddy Cliffe along with numerous other contributors.
Co-opting and adapting their practices on a project-by-project basis; the central ambition is to create experiemntal new work that is for as many people as possible.

Artistic Director
Justin Teddy Cliffe
Justin is a North Wales based Creative Practitioner working across multiple art forms as an individual, a collaborator and as a founding member of JTC + Co.
Over the past 11 years he has created his own work as well as having developed and performed work in the UK and internationally. As a Creative Associate at National Theatre Wales, and a Creative Producer at TEAM Collective Cymru, he led artist and project development opportunties.

Creative Collaborator
Charlotte Lewis
Charlotte Lewis is an international theatre director who coaches clients to speak with confidence. She has collaborated with organisations including Common Wealth, NTW, WMC, Artichoke London, META Arts (India), White Horse (China), TUIDA (South Korea), Manchester Royal Exchange, and more. Her work centres on voice and storytelling, using rehearsal and coaching techniques to evoke emotive, vulnerable and courageous performances.
Creative Associate
Frank Thomas
Frank Thomas is a theatre maker, performer, spoken word artist, dramaturg and workshop facilitator.
His work varies stylistically but often focuses on our relationships to each other, to our natural world and his personal relationship with his rural Welsh upbringing.
He is a co-founder of CARPET Spoken Word.

Creative Associate
Kirsty Harris
Kirsty Harris is an artist, designer and maker specialising in installation, performative works and community facilitation.
Kirsty makes immersive worlds and experiences in found environments, landscapes and theatres. She has made work for babies aged 6 months and all the ages that come after. Her work is kind, curious and playful.

Jorge Lizalde
Jorge Lizalde is a Spanish-born artist and creative based in the UK, specializing in photography, videography, AV design and immersive video projection for theatre and installations. His innovative work explores memory, identity, and performance through projects like 'Mnemonic', 'Editing My Father', and collaborate with theatre/dance companies, and artists—blending traditional media with cutting-edge tech including drones, interactive subtitles, and immersive projections.

How Do We Collaborate?
We bring together communities and associate organisations through artist led processes that explore content, creative vision, shared aims and collective ambitions.
